FAQs about Surrey Pantry

We specialise in weddings, milestone celebrations, private parties and select corporate events across Surrey and the surrounding counties. From relaxed garden celebrations to more formal occasions, our menus and service style are always tailored to the event and the people hosting it.

Surrey Pantry is based in Surrey. We regularly cater across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and parts of London. If your event is further afield, please get in touch and we’ll advise on feasibility and any additional costs.

Minimum spend varies depending on date, location and event style. As a guide, weekend weddings and peak-season events usually require a higher minimum than midweek or off-season bookings. We’ll confirm this clearly once we understand your plans.

Menu prices are charged per person and typically fall into the following ranges:

  • £60+ per person – Premium weddings and milestone events with canapés, multiple courses or evening food
  • £40–£59 per person – Most weddings and celebrations with flexible service styles
  • £30–£39 per person – Relaxed, straightforward menus with simpler service
  • £20–£29 per person – Informal catering formats with limited menus

Please note: menu prices exclude staffing, furniture hire, specialist equipment and drinks, which are quoted separately.

Popular dates — especially summer weekends — book up well in advance. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, ideally 9–12 months ahead for weddings. That said, we’re always happy to explore last-minute availability.

Simply contact us via our enquiry form with your event date, location, approximate guest numbers and style of catering you’re considering. We’ll come back to you with tailored options and next steps.
