There’s something rather wonderful about bringing people together. A long table filled with delicious food, a woodland walk that ends with a warming lunch, an evening of music beneath the trees, or simply an excuse to gather with friends old and new.
At Surrey Pantry Kitchen, we’re creating more than a calendar of events. We’re building a little community of food lovers, countryside explorers and curious souls who enjoy discovering something different.
Think of it as our very own Surrey Hills social club. No membership needed, just an appetite for good food, great company and a little adventure!
Throughout the year, we’ll be popping up in some lovely locations around Shere and the Surrey Hills, celebrating the seasons, our beautiful surroundings and the pleasure of getting together.
Whether you’re joining us on your own, bringing a friend or gathering the whole gang, there will always be a warm welcome waiting.
A Little Something for Everyone
Our pop-up calendar is designed to be wonderfully varied. One month we might be gathering around a table for a Burns Night supper, the next celebrating the spring equinox with a countryside walk and a delicious seasonal lunch.
Expect a changing collection of experiences, including:
- Seasonal Suppers & Feasts – From Burns Night and harvest celebrations to midsummer gatherings and festive tables.
- Woodland Dining & Supper Clubs – Atmospheric feasts, seasonal menus and wonderful evenings beneath the trees.
- Walks, Wheels & Wonderful Food – Surrey Hills cycling adventures, countryside walks, vintage touring days and delicious food at the finish.
- Wellbeing & Sanctuary – Gentle gatherings inspired by nature, creativity, relaxation and reconnection.
- Village Gatherings – Sunday lunches, afternoon teas and sociable celebrations bringing our local communities together.
Some events will be intimate, others a little more lively. All will share our love of warm hospitality, thoughtfully prepared food and making lovely memories.

Our Bluebell Woodland gatherings bring food, nature and celebration together in a beautiful woodland setting in the Surrey Hills.
Imagine long rustic tables, festoon lights twinkling between the trees, the soft glow of lanterns and beautiful food inspired by the season.
From enchanting midsummer feasts and woodland suppers to relaxed outdoor gatherings, this is where we let our imaginations wander and the countryside take centre stage.
Some experiences are designed for shared feasting, others for music, storytelling or simply enjoying the great outdoors with good company.
Each gathering will be a little different, shaped by the season and the magic of its setting.
